  • Charlotte Lindsay Marron, Founder, CEO and CFO, is a Presidential Scholar at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. She is also a professional actress and entrepreneur.

    Charlotte has won many awards for Magic Messes including from TELUS and Unilever. In acting, she won Best Actress from the Dieciminuti Film Festival, Italy in 2020; Best Young Actress HorrorHaus Film Festival, Los Angeles in 2019; and Best Actress, CICOM in Murchante Spain in 2019.

    Charlotte is currently an associate at NIBC, the world’s largest investment banking case competition and a member of UBC’s SWIFT women in finance program.

  • Susan Chown McClelland, Social Entrepreneur/Social Innovator and program coordinator, is a trailblazer known for using media and literature to inform, disrupt, and transform. Renowned in the young adult and children's book markets across 30 countries, she has earned accolades such as the Kirkus Best Y/A Memoir and two Ontario Library Association Red Maple awards. Susan's literary impact extends beyond the pages leveraging her expertise to enhance operational excellence in her field.

  • Heather Skoll, Wellness Maven and Reset Minute Creator, is a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist and Kripalu Yoga Teacher, is a seasoned Wellness Mentor and Distinguished Toastmaster Speaker. Over 40 years of teaching and coaching, Heather employs a holistic approach, addressing body, mind, spirit, and emotions to guide clients toward health and wellness. Now a proud grandmother, she extends her passion for an active lifestyle by supporting fellow grandparents. Heather also provides individual mentoring and transformative Rubenfeld Synergy sessions.

  • Francesca Margaret is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in psychology and philosophy at the University of Aberdeen.

    In addition to her academic pursuits, Francesca has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit through ventures such as co-founding Toronto’s Gua Nights with renowned Sudanese musician and former child soldier, Emmanuel Jal, and Taboo Talks Teens. The latter initiative provided safe spaces for high school-aged girls to discuss relevant issues.

    Outside of her professional pursuits, Francesca is a talented musician who has performed at blues and jazz festivals alongside veteran musicians.

    In her volunteer work with the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation, Francesca has organized recreational programs for young children, earning recognition from the Mayor of Toronto for her contributions.

    Francesca Margaret is a dedicated advocate for empowering young girls, both through her professional endeavors and her volunteer work, and she continues to make a positive impact in her community and beyond.

    Heather is a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist, Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Wellness Mentor, and Distinguished Toastmaster Speaker. Challenges in her personal life and mental health led her to pursue a career in the wellness field. She has been teaching classes, facilitating workshops, and individually coaching and mentoring clients for 40+ years, in-person and online. Heather takes a holistic approach to wellness by looking at the body, mind, spirit, and emotions to help her clients reach their health and wellness goals.

    Heather is currently in her favourite role as a grandmother to 3 grandchildren. She provides movement classes and support to other grandparents who strive to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. She also mentors clients individually and offers Rubenfeld Synergy sessions.
